Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 12, 2026
OmniWebb Studio is committed to ensuring that our website and digital services are accessible to all people, including those with disabilities. We strive to meet or exceed the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
1. Our Commitment
We believe the web should be accessible to everyone. As a digital studio that builds web experiences for others, we hold ourselves to the same high standards we apply to client work. Accessibility is not an afterthought — it is a core part of how we build.
2. Conformance Target
We target conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This means our website aims to be:
- Perceivable: information and user interface components are presentable to users in ways they can perceive
- Operable: user interface components and navigation are operable via keyboard, mouse, and assistive technologies
- Understandable: information and the operation of the user interface are understandable
- Robust: content is robust enough to be interpreted reliably by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies
3. Measures Taken
We have implemented the following measures to support accessibility:
- Semantic HTML markup throughout the website
- Sufficient colour contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text)
- Keyboard navigable interface with visible focus indicators
- Text alternatives for non-text content
- Responsive design that adapts to various screen sizes and zoom levels
- Clear and consistent navigation structure
- Readable font sizes with scalable typography
- ARIA attributes where native semantics are insufficient
4. Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some areas of our website may have limitations:
- Interactive globe visualization: the 3D globe on the homepage relies on SVG animations that may not be fully accessible to screen readers. A text alternative with equivalent information is provided nearby.
- Agent Builder: the drag-and-drop canvas interface at /agents may have limited accessibility with some assistive technologies. We are actively working to improve keyboard support and screen reader compatibility for this feature.
- Third-party content: some embedded third-party content (fonts, CDN-hosted libraries) may not fully conform to our accessibility standards.
5. AODA Compliance
As an Ontario-based organization, we comply with the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (O. Reg. 191/11) under AODA, including:
- Information and Communications Standards
- Customer Service Standards
- Accessible formats and communication supports available upon request
6. Assistive Technology Compatibility
Our website is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:
- Screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS)
- Screen magnification software
- Speech recognition software
- Keyboard-only navigation
We test with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and their associated assistive technologies.
